Shipping policy

All web sales orders are dispatched via Australia Post eParcel. Proof of age and signature are required.

We dispatch goods Monday to Friday. If sending goods to your place of work (or a business) please be sure to include the business name and level.

For metro delivery, we suggest allowing 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

For delivery outside of metro areas, we suggest allowing up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. ‍ All wholesale orders are dispatched via Fastway Couriers.

All wholesale orders outside the courier's range, or any sent to post office boxes are dispatched via Australia Post.
